Name: Plunkett McKenna location: Monaghan		Back in 1989 I registered the concept of Chicken Wings as Ireland's latest fast food, the major processors unfortunately stole the concept and began to market it nationwide, resulting in the unavailability to small operators such as I back in 1990. Residing along the border I was fortunate to procure and continue marketing until the problems began with UK produced foods coming across the border. I have been actively gathering information on the producers of chicken wings for the Irish market and it is my intention to have High Court proceedings taken against them over the next 12 months for taking my registered idea and for the loss accrued. Name: location:		Hi folks Ollie from erne-garavogue here. I'm doing an article for the examiner at the mo, and would like ppl to comment on a particular topic. Comments will then appear in the article. the article is about compulsory calorie labelling on food eaten outside the home. This is now the case in New York, where all places that provide outdoor food (from Subway and McDonalds to high end restaurants) have to print the calorie count beside the price. In fact this info has to be the same size and in the same font as the price. Should the same happen in Ireland?
