Slow Food is organised by local groups called Convivia. You can visit the Local Convivia section to see a list of current groups. When you join Slow Food you are joining an international organisation, not a national one. Slow Food Ireland is an entirely voluntary umbrella group that co-ordinates such things as the provision of information, membership campaigns and publicity, as well as supporting a number of nationwide initiatives, such as Edible School Gardens.
