Memebrship includes
Four issues of the quarterly Slow magazine; Slow Wine; Slow Ark; Seilide, Slow Food Ireland's newsletter, and other occasional publications.


Discount on all Slow Food publications and merchandise available from the Slow Food website.


The right to attend all events organised by the Slow Food Movement throughout the world.


The local chapters (Convivia) are run through core groups within the Membership and the funding is shared with the International Offices in Italy.

Where does my membership fee go?
The membership fees are divided between the Convivium and the various offices of Slow Food’s international headquarters, which provide membership benefits. On a local level it is used to plan Convivium activities. The international headquarters use the funds to produce Slow magazine and support Slow Food’s projects for biodiversity.

Once a National Association is established, the portion of the fee that went to the Membership Service Center is redirected to the national office.
