Slow Food Mayo in collaboration with Butler & Byrne Food Hall in Cong is organizing the second Annual Mayo Artisan Food & Drink Showcase.

The event brings together the best of Mayo food and drink producers.

Starting with a foraging walk in Ashford Woods from 10.30am-11.30am during which we will pick edible plants and flowers.

Followed by cooking demos at Butler & Byrne Food Hall in Congo from 12pm-4.30pm promoting local producers and seasonal ingredients (including those picked in the woods earlier).

This is a FREE family event.
