Bread and Tea with Richard Hart (Hart Bageri) and Henrietta Lovell (Rare Tea Company)

Richard Hart worked with Chad Robertson at Tartine for many years and then became head baker at NOMA in Copenhagen before opening the Hart Bageri In 2018.
He will teach a 1-day class at Ballymaloe Cookery School on Saturday, 12th November in conjunction with Henrietta Lovell – The Rare Tea Lady and author of best selling Infused published by Faber and Faber.
 
Not the best day for bakers but if anyone can join us, we are offering a 10 % discount for Slow Food Ireland members.
