The theme for this edition of Slow Cheese is “Consider the Animals”.

Without animals there’d be no milk. Without animals there’d be no cheese. We must rethink our relationship with nature, with animals. Because without animals we’d be living on a different planet. Without animals, this planet as we know it couldn’t exist.

Artisan Cheesemakers from all over the world will congregate in Bra, Italy, to showcase their cheese. As usual there will be various events held throughout the long weekend including dinners, conferences, film showings, taste workshops, wine pairings.  Some are free, some are ticketed, some are online.
