To kick off 2020 Biabeag are revisiting the wonderful world of fermentation with a twist.

As part of the evening we will be exploring the world of regenerative agriculture through the eyes of a dairy farmer from Limerick – Tom Stack.

His travels brought him to the US to learn about the Korean Natural Farming method and he will share that with us on the night and the role of fermentation in the regeneration of his soil and in the care of his animals.
