Slow Food Youth Network are launching the “On My Plate” challenge on 18 January 2021 to help people learn about the three principles of Slow Food – “Good, Clean and Fair” food to help you get Slow Food on your plate.
They will dive into each principle for two weeks, first learning in order to take action later. Translating the knowledge from documentaries, podcast, and articles into collective action. To create a green wave all over the world. These actions vary from analysing your consumption to political actions! That way everyone can do what is in their own capacity.
